Test Results

  1. The quickest way to see your test results is via the NHS app, Click here to login or register. Once your test results, such as blood tests, ultrasounds and x-rays, have been reviewed by your doctor, they will be added to your medical records and become visible for you to view on the NHS app. If you can’t see the results from a recent test, that means we’ve yet to receive them.
  2. Request your test results by completing a patient triage admin request.
  3. If you’re unable to access online services, you can call the surgery to find out your test results after 2pm Monday to Friday on 01442 263 511. Please note, the reception team can only tell you results that the doctor has seen already. It is the responsibility of the patient to contact the surgery for results.

Occasionally, the doctor may review your results and send you a text message asking you to book a follow-up telephone consultation to discuss them. They will send you a self-booking link to book the appointment or request that you call reception.
