Bennetts End Surgery Patient Participation Group: The Friends of Bennetts End Surgery Friends Of Bennetts End Surgery (

Over the years, effective partnership working between the F.O.B.ES and the Practice has led to new and improved services to meet identified patient need.  Recently, we have participated in the Surgery’s work with the NHS Institute for Innovation and Improvement around the “Productive General Practice”.  By facilitating the mapping of a patient’s journey, for instance, they have highlighted areas in which the Surgery team has been able to introduce improvements to its practices and processes. The FOBES are affiliated to the National Association for Patient Participation, set up in 1987.

Anyone interested in joining the PPG should either click on the blue tile above to complete the registration form or alternatively, contact the Practice for further details.

Bennetts End Surgery Patient Reference Group (PRG)

As distinct from the F.O.B.E.S, the Patient Reference Group is intended to be a wider, more “virtual” group from whom the Surgery seeks periodic feedback.  All we ask is that members of the Patient Reference Group be willing to fill out a few brief surveys for us no more than four times a year in order to give us their perspective on services that we do (or might) provide here at Bennetts End Surgery.

If you are happy to do this for us, please let us know by clicking on the blue tile above and completing the registration form.

Thank you very much. Your feedback is invaluable.

Bennetts End Surgery aims to provide its patients with a high quality of care. To this end we are constantly engaged in activity that seeks to improve the services we offer.  We only know how we are doing, however, if we receive feedback from as wide a range of our patients as possible, so if you are interested in having your say, why not join our patient groups?

Alternatively, please participate in the NHS Friends and Family Test which poses the question: “How likely are you to recommend our service to friends and family if they needed similar care or treatment?” Comments, compliments and complaints can also be made through the usual channels.
