Vaccination planner

Download a personalised vaccination calendar, which highlights the dates your child needs to have their vaccinations by. The first vaccinations at 8 weeks will be given at your baby’s Child Health Surveillance appointment with the GP (8-week check) by one of our Practice Nurses. They will then book your next appointment for the second vaccinations (12 weeks) 4 weeks later and again at this appointment for the third set of vaccinations (16 weeks). You will receive communication from Child Health when your child needs their vaccinations at 12 months and 3 years 4 months. Our Practice Nurses may also contact you if any of your child’s immunisations are overdue. We run specific vaccination clinics on a Monday and Thursday afternoon.
